Love people, unforgettable events, and closing deals that actually mean something? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Events Executive to join our team at New Forest Hotels.

You’ll be working full-time (40 hours a week) on a permanent contract, earning a competitive salary of £27,270  + commission.

Working Pattern

• 5 days over 7 (40 hours per week)
• Weekends are part of the role
• Typical shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for couples and clients planning their big moments—guiding them from first enquiry to sealed deal.

• Responding to email & phone enquiries (inbound and outbound)
• Creating quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Hosting show rounds and meeting clients face-to-face
• Upselling where it makes sense (and adds value)
• Managing enquiries through to confirmed bookings
• Working closely with account management & operations teams
• Attending wedding fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
• Ensuring smooth handovers once contracts are signed
• Representing New Forest Hotels with confidence and personality

You’ll need:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A confident and friendly phone manner
• A flexible, can‑do attitude
• Sales experience (preferred, but not essential)

Our venues are remote, so your own transport is essential.
