Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our high-occupancy hotel team. Experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred, and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient check-in and check-out of guests

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

• Handling guest queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Afternoon tea service and light bar duties

• Carrying out regular pool water testing in line with health and safety standards

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

• Following procedures and maintaining accurate records

• Requirements:

• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred

• Knowledge of Rezlynx PMS is an advantage

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident, proactive, and problem-solving attitude

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Shifts:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  (Shift patterns may vary depending on business levels)
