Full Time Kitchen Porter

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy hotel kitchen team in the beautiful New Forest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are met at all times
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• own transport essential due to lack of public transport services
