Wedding & Events Executive

Love people, unforgettable events, and closing deals that actually mean something? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Events Executive to join our team at New Forest Hotels.
You’ll be working full-time (40 hours a week) on a permanent contract, earning a competitive salary of £27,270 + commission.
Working Pattern
- 5 days over 7 (40 hours per week)
- Weekends are part of the role
- Typical shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person for couples and clients planning their big moments—guiding them from first enquiry to sealed deal.
- Responding to email & phone enquiries (inbound and outbound)
- Creating quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Hosting show rounds and meeting clients face-to-face
- Upselling where it makes sense (and adds value)
- Managing enquiries through to confirmed bookings
- Working closely with account management & operations teams
- Attending wedding fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
- Ensuring smooth handovers once contracts are signed
- Representing New Forest Hotels with confidence and personality

You are:

You’ll need:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- A flexible, can‑do attitude
- Sales experience (preferred, but not essential)
Our venues are remote, so your own transport is essential.
