Chef de Partie – New Forest Pub

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our busy New Forest pub kitchen. This is a fast-paced environment with a supportive, nurturing team that takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast paced environment.

• 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience at Chef de Partie level or very driven Commis lookingfor advancement.
• A strong team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced service
• Commitment to maintaining high food quality and consistency

Standards & Compliance:
Health and safety is a top priority. Full compliance is essential, including strict adherence to Alert65 checklists — this is non-negotiable.
