Salary: upto £44,000 per annum plus service charge and bonus

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our small kitchen brigade.

• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.

• Drive efficiency while upholding the highest culinary standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment.

• A strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with kitchen budgeting.

• A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
