Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, bringing energy, leadership, and attention to detail to everything they do. You’ll play a key role in the setup and running of conferences and events, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations across our F&B outlets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service in our hotel and pub restaurant.

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of conferences and events.

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in supervising the team during busy shifts.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation.

• Contribute to a positive, fun, and respectful working environment.

• Assist with training and mentoring team members to help them grow and develop.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel or restaurant).

• Confident in managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.

• Comfortable working early and late shifts, 5 days out of 7.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A hands-on attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• A passion for delivering fantastic service, and a belief in kindness and respect at work.
